The Holy Bible is the authoritative Word of God.

It alone is the final authority in determining all doctrinal truths. In its original writing, it is inspired, infallible and inerrant (II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:20-21; Proverbs 30:5; Romans 16:25-26).

There is one God,

eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. These three are coequal and co-eternal (I John 5:7; Genesis 1:26; Matthew 3:16-17, 28:19; Luke 1:35; Isaiah 9:6; Hebrews 3:7-11).

Jesus Christ is God the Son,

the second person of the Trinity. On earth, Jesus was 100% God and 100% man. He is the only man ever to have lived a sinless life. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross for mankind and thus, atoned for our sins through the shedding of His blood. He rose from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return again in power and glory. (John 1:1,14, 20:28; I Timothy 3:16; Isaiah 9:6; Philippians 2:5-6; I Timothy 2:5).

Man was created good and upright,

but by voluntary transgression he fell; his only hope of redemption is in Jesus Christ, the Son of God (Gen. 1:26-31, 3:1-7; Romans 5:12-21).

We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ: His death, burial, and resurrection. Salvation is a free gift from God available to anyone and everyone and it is not a result of our good works or of any human efforts (Ephesians 1:7, 2:8-10; Galatians 2:16, 3:8; Titus 3:5; Romans 1:16, 10:9-10; Acts 4:12, 16:31; Hebrews 9:22). WE BELIEVE...Every Person Can Have A Restored Relationship with God Through 'Salvation' (accepting Christ's offer of forgiveness for sin). [1 of 4 cardinal doctrines of the A/G]

Water Baptism by Immersion

after repenting of one's sins and receiving Christ's gift of salvation. The ordinance of baptism by immersion is commanded by the Scriptures. All who repent and believe on Christ as Savior and Lord are to be baptized. Thus they declare to the world that they have died with Christ and that they also have been raised with Him to walk in newness of life. (Matthew 28:19; Mark 16:16; Acts 10:47,48; Romans 6:4)

Holy Communion

(the Lord's Supper) as a symbolic remembrance of Christ's suffering and death for our salvation. The Lord's Supper, consisting of the elements --bread and the fruit of the vine (okay, we use grape juice!)-- is the symbol expressing our sharing the divine nature of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 1:4), a memorial of his suffering and death (1 Corinthians 11:26), and a prophecy of His second coming (1 Corinthians 11:26), and is enjoined on all believers "till He come!"

The Baptism in the Holy Spirit

is a Special Experience Following Salvation that empowers believers for witnessing and effective service, just as it did in New Testament times. All believers are entitled to and should ardently expect and earnestly seek the promise of the Father, the baptism in the Holy Spirit and fire, according to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ. This was the normal experience of all in the early Christian Church. With it comes the Holy Spirit’s power for life and service, the bestowment of the gifts and their uses in the work of the ministry. (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4; Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 12:1-31) This experience is distinct from and subsequent to the experience of salvation. (Acts 8:12-17; Acts 10:44-46; Acts 11:14-16; Acts 15:7-9). With the baptism in the Holy Spirit come such experiences as: an overflowing fullness of the Spirit, (John 7:37-39; Acts 4:8) a deepened reverence for God, (Acts 2:43; Hebrews 12:28), an intensified consecration to God and dedication to His work, (Acts 2:42) and a more active love for Christ, for His Word and for the lost (Mark 16:20).

Physical Evidence of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit.

The baptism of believers in the Holy Spirit is witnessed by the physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit of God gives them utterance. (Acts 2:4) The speaking in tongues in this instance is the same in essence as the gift of tongues, but is different in purpose and use. (1 Corinthians 12:4-10; 1 Corinthians 12:28)

Sanctification Initially Occurs at Salvation and is the ongoing

process of yielding to God’s Word and His Spirit in order to complete the development of Christ's character in us. It is through the present ministry of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God that the Christian is enabled to live a godly life (I Thessalonians 4:3, 5:23; II Corinthians 3:18, 6:14-18, II Thessalonians 2:1-3, Romans 8:29, 12:1-2, Hebrews 2:11).

The Church has a Mission

to seek and save all who are lost in sin. We believe 'the Church' is the Body of Christ and consists of the people who, throughout time, have accepted God's offer of redemption (regardless of religious denomination) through the sacrificial death of His son Jesus Christ. (Acts 1:8; Matthew 28:19,20; Mark 16:15,16; 1 Corinthians 12:13; Ephesians 4:11-16; 1 Corinthians 12:28; 1 Corinthians 14:12)

A Divinely Called and Scripturally Ordained Leadership Ministry Serves the Church.

The Bible teaches that each of us under leadership must commit ourselves to reach others for Christ, to worship Him with other believers, and to build up or edify the body of believers–the Church. (Mark 16:15-20; John 4:23,24; Ephesians 4:11-16)

Divine Healing of the Sick

is a privilege for all believers today and is provided for in Christ's atonement (His sacrificial death on the cross for our sins). (Isaiah 53:4,5; Matthew 8:16,17; James 5:14-16)

The Blessed Hope

— When Jesus Raptures (comes to receive) His Church Prior to His Return to Earth (the second coming). At this future moment in time all believers who have died will rise from their graves and will meet the Lord in the air, and Christians who are alive will be caught up with them, to be with the Lord forever. (1 Thessalonians 4:16,17; Romans 8:23; Titus 2:13; 1 Corinthians 15:51,52)

The Millennial Reign of Christ

when Jesus returns with His saints at His second coming and begins His benevolent rule over earth for 1,000 years. This millennial reign will bring the salvation of national Israel and the establishment of universal peace. (Zechariah 14:5; Matthew 24:27; Matthew 24:30; Revelation 1:7; Revelation 19:11-14; Revelation 20:1-6; Ezekiel 37:21,22; Zephaniah 3:19,20; Romans 11:26,27; Isaiah 11:6-9; Psalms 72:3-8; Micah 4:3,4)

A Final Judgment Will Take Place

for those who have rejected Christ. Although God is full of love and compassion, He is also must be just, true to his word. The people referred to in the following scripture passages are those who have willingly, by their own choice rejected the opportunity of salvation through Jesus Christ. This is a sad, but true reality. (Matthew 25:46; Mark 9:43-48; Revelation 19:20; Revelation 20:11-15; Revelation 21:8)

We look forward to the perfect New Heavens and a New Earth

that Christ is preparing for all people, of all time, who have accepted Him. We will live and dwell with Him there forever following His millennial reign on Earth. 'And so shall we forever be with the Lord!' (2 Peter 3:13; Revelation 21; Revelation 22)
